Valor Ganado

Valor Ganado

Our Methodology

Engineering rigor and operational power. A transparent approach designed to eliminate uncertainty from strategy to delivery.

verified Govern & Scale Philosophy

In a market saturated with empty promises, Valor Ganado takes a radically honest stance. Our "Govern & Scale" approach is not just a slogan—it's an operating system for high-complexity projects.

We prioritize data governance and technical scalability from day zero. This means we don't write a single line of code without understanding its impact on ROI at 12, 24, and 36 months. We minimize operational friction through living documentation and iterative deliverables that allow real-time progress auditing.

Key Points

  • check_circle Radical Transparency: Full client access to our repositories and management boards.
  • check_circle Zero Technical Debt: Continuous refactoring integrated into every sprint.
  • check_circle Business Alignment: Technical KPIs directly linked to commercial objectives.

Transparent FAQ

What do we require from the client to start? expand_more
We require three non-negotiable items: 1) Direct access to decision-making Stakeholders. 2) Access to real (or anonymized) data for proof of concept, not just synthetic data. 3) Designation of an internal Product Owner to validate biweekly sprints. Without this, we don't start.
What do we NOT do? expand_more
We are not a marketing agency ("pretty sites with no function"), we don't do legacy code maintenance without prior documentation ("software archaeology"), and we don't accept projects with undefined scope or "build it like Uber but cheap".
How do we estimate high-complexity projects? expand_more
We use a complexity matrix based on function points and technical risk. We divide the project into discovery phases (fixed cost) and implementation (T&M or fixed cost per milestone). This protects both parties from the inherent uncertainty of software development.
